Returns Policy

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase, we will happily receive your item back. This is conditional upon the item being unused, with all packaging intact and in perfect condition. We recommend using a recorded postal service when returning an item. Full instructions will be sent when a returns code is requested.

Returns cannot be accepted without all original tags, bags & ties in place.

All returns must be agreed in advance by contacting us. Items sent without a valid returns code (RMA) will not be accepted, no refund or exchange will be applied.
